Fun game, but glitchy

This game is a lot of fun! Yes, you do have to wait for items to be completed (and this can even be days of waiting time) but you can just spend that time you're waiting doing something else. The game does run a few specials for gems and decorative items from time to time which can get irritating when it pops up every time you boot up the game, but other than that, the game doesn't force you to buy gems. You can easily do stuff in this game without them. You just have to be strategic about how you spend your time and keep an eye on your inventory space to ensure you have enough room for everything. My biggest gripe about the game is that it is very glitchy. It doesn't hamper my enjoyment of the game too badly, but it's very annoying when this game crashes for seemingly no reason. Sometimes I'll just tap or scroll too quickly and the game freezes up and crashes and sometimes I won't be doing anything at all and it still crashes. And when it crashes, it can sometimes set me back several minutes or even hours into the progress I have made and that can be very disheartening. Regardless, still a fun game and I really do like it!

Here’s the biggest problems with the game as I see it as a level 40+ player. First after level 40 your warehouse has to hold 255 items just to upgrade with. So you need to have at least a 500 storage to move forward with the game smoothly. Oh but, you can’t really do that because you still have to make things and somehow find room for them in the warehouse, along with the items needed to upgrade. Or you can’t fill the trains to try and get the items you need to upgrade with. And be prepared to send well over 500 train cars to even get close to getting the items you need to upgrade with, and even then you will probably have to pay to upgrade, that will just get you close. The items needed for upgrading and clearing land like the bells should not count as items in your warehouse. That warehouse should be used just for things you need to create to meet the train, hot air balloon, and animal requests. Make a tool shed for items needed to upgrade, to take care of stumps, rocks, trees, and puddles. The next biggest problem is once you reach level 40 you have to be prepared to do nothing but fill 2 or 300 trains and hit air balloons just to level up. With no other quests at all. The so called festivals are ridiculous in the requests. Most end up quitting and not even bothering with those because they are so ridiculous...love the game, but it is the most frustrating building game I have ever played, and will probably quit playing soon, since I see it only growing more frustrating.

Love at first but getting frustrating

This game was really fun at first and i like the narrative that accompanied the appearance of each of the kitties. The animations of each of the kitties doing their tasks at their stations were mesmerizing to watch. But you can only watch for so long before they get really boring especially if you're waiting a loooooong time for stuff to finish with not much to do. There are no other little games to play like in smurf village. You can visit other cities and help others but this social feature is so buggy. Sometime I think I helped someone. If I'm lucky enough to find the same person again, I find the bat signal still there. I got so frustrated with all the waiting and actually stopped playing for a week. When I returned, there were more features added to the city, a fountain challenge and a wheel of fortune. Unfortunately, these adds were balanced out by the time tweeks they did within the game. For example, the balloon quests, it takes so muuuuuch longer to complete the challenges now, longer than the time allotted. I had a quest where 8 French fries were requested, which takes a total of 32 hrs to complete. But the entire ballooned has a time limit of 15 hrs. Time limit aside, who has 32 hours to wait around? Realistically speaking, fries should not takes 4 hours to make, it's not a cake! Anyways, for the newbies to this game, even if you plan to do in-game purchasing, play this game only if you are an extremely patient person or has a lot of $ to spend!

I kept sending in many tickets about the same glitchy issue I’ve been having with this game but every time I’d get the tickets sent back to me in my email and no response from their team just their system saying thank you for submitting your ticket we should get to you within 24 hours!! Well it’s been over three days with no response to any of them >:( I’ve never experienced such a poor support before not to mention it’s hard to submit a ticket in the first place their support site had quite the problem as well (it wasn’t my internet connection it was some encryption glitch and some other thing that kept popping up)I had to keep retyping my issue a couple of times till I got smart and copy pasted several times more before finally one’d get sent. I don’t know if the site is purposely messed up because they just don’t know how to fix it just like my game and don’t really want to be bothered by a customer but out of courtesy I should’ve got more than an automatic response from a system because it’s not reassuring that anything will be done for me. I really do like this game it seems promising and all but not without support if it keeps having issues and I can’t do anything about it because I can’t get at least some mediocre support why should I bother playing anymore if it’s going to disappoint me. I hope I can get some response before tonight also I might raise my review one Star but if not it stays.
