Third time I’m trying to leave my review. Avoid Social Champ – It’s a Complete Nightmare! I rarely leave reviews, but Social Champ has been such a frustrating experience that I felt compelled to share. After reading other negative reviews dating back years, I can confidently say that nothing has improved. Trying to use this app on my iPhone has been a disaster from start to finish. First, it won’t let me post to TikTok, and then it constantly throws error messages when I try to post to Instagram. I ended up wasting hours of my time when it would have been faster and easier to manually post to each platform individually. I manage several social media accounts, so the time wasted was significant. I thought maybe the desktop version would be better, but that was just as terrible. I spent nearly 45 minutes trying to create one post! The app is far too complicated, confusing, and anything but user-friendly. The whole point of apps like this is to make our lives easier and less stressful—this app does the exact opposite. The interface is overwhelming, and nothing is intuitive. What really annoys me is that the company keeps sending me emails telling me to schedule a time for them to explain how to use it. Excuse me? An app like this should not need a tutorial just to make basic posts. If I need to set up a call to understand how to use an app, then it’s simply not worth the money or time. In short: this app is frustrating, overly complex, and a complete waste of time. Do not waste your time or money on Social Champ. It needs to be much simpler, more efficient, and actually do what it’s supposed to do without constant headaches.

Both the website and APP version functionalities are misrepresented. Many of the promised performances never exist and those that do we currently failed to function reliably. Customer complaints are responded to with an apology that the functionality is either coming or an excuse or a promise that it will be fixed, only to have the same or another problem reoccur. The developers and operators of this business, apparently think that the people they sell their product to our investors and beta testers rather than customers. They seem to believe that they can promise a service and functionality and have no accountability for failing to deliver.

First, the product really doesn’t do everything. It says it’s going to do. The website has more functionality than the iOS app, which makes no sense to me at all.Second, trying to exit this product, took me about four days. First, you have to under your subscription, which requires a tome that you must write about why you don’t like it. Then you have to unsubscribe and this will take several times. I love this service on the web - but it’s barely functional as an app. Getting photos from my phone is a nightmare, menus won’t load on the app, I can’t see any of my posted content. I’m relegated to the desktop website on my phone to do anything. Very disappointing from the app standpoint.
