Not sure if the bank or the app are the issue. At first it rejects valid logins for technical reasons. On a separate occasion it locked me out of my account for mistyping my password once. On a weekend. Of course cannot get back in without contacting customer service, where the phone hangs up automatically before you actually speak with anyone. The AI assistant is pointless because it just tells you to call. It’s a circular firing squad. Trying to make a transfer it asks to verify the transfer by typing two characters as a single character- HOW???? How do you type 5º as one character? In a word, a nightmare.
App crashes on iPhone 14.4

A terrible experience trying to sign up. It has crashed on me 7 times. I'm stuck on the 8th time with it asking my occupation- the field entry is choose industry but there is no choices/menu so I type in retail and an alert prevents me from going further with "choose industry" so frustrating -remove the field check or put in a choice menu and check app against iOS 14.4

The app often freezes up and now is hung up the third step in the sign up process. I’m unable to move to the next step so it’s unclear if opening a new account is even possible. If the app is this glitchy, I’m not sure I’m comfortable with trusting it with my finances.
