HOW DOES THE APP WORK?
Using a top of the line laser from the land surveying industry, this advanced technology scans the surface of each green for millions of data points that are accurate to the millimeter to pick up even the most subtle elevation changes.
It displays an interactive topography map for each green we've scanned. You can zoom in and out to see the contours and slope percentages, adjust the grid, view a spinning 3D animation, and even calculate your exact putt line (StrackaLine) by setting the hole location and your ball location. Just like a video game, but the information is real!
Available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod, using raw X, Y, Z data points, the device:
● Will calculate all the one inch contours of the putting green

Just not that great of an App. I’ve used it for my last 4 rounds. If your screen goes into lock mode and you click on app, the app resets. You then have to select the course and then the hole then the green etc. absolute pain. Then I find having to move selector of drive and second shot around challenging on iPhone. Way cheaper than a printed book. However, I plan on going back to the books. Easier to plan your round. Appreciate the effort but needs a lot of work.
Great customer service error at first

I suggest installing and paying for app within the App Store vs in your browser at first I couldn’t get pin sheet function to work and recognize that I paid for the subscription. Customer service tried multiple times different things to fix it but finally got it fixed. They responded fast and got it figured out with in 24 hours. Can’t wait to test the green reading function.
Doesn’t work, can’t cancel….

The app is very buggy, runs poorly and has significantly less details than the books. I reached out to them to make sure this did not renew and no one ever got back to me. No one answers the phone. No replied to my email. Their “chat” feature is a bot that says the same thing over and over again. My only recourse is to contact my credit card company to claw back the money. Totally unacceptable. Service like this should not be allowed on the App Store.
Impossible to Cancel

Can’t cancel and they keep charging my card. Won’t show up as apple subscription in App Store and customer service is unresponsive. The phone number given just rings. Also, impractical to use on the course and not possible to print for use in a yardage book. The reads are different than other yardage books for the same course.
