Finding cats near you is smoother on iPhone, with clearer location prompts and better ZIP handling when you first open the app. Photo galleries with lots of pictures keep their page dots neatly inside the frame, and “Why this cat fits you” more accurately reflects real differences in energy, independence, and sensitivity.

Smarter Matches, clearer answers: • We’ve made the Matches tab easier to understand. There are now realistic cat headshots instead of cartoons. A number of bugs have been fixed. This is an entirely redesigned feline finder. All screens have been redesigned, and new functionality and improvements to functionality have been made.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. iPhone X Support. Tapping on the picture of a.cat on the details scene brings up the gallery of all of the cat's images. The arrow on the gallery was replaced with a label. Other small bug fixes.

Favorites are now stored on the iCloud. Existing favorites are converted to the iCloud.​ Zip code is stored in the iCloud. A few bugs are fixed.

Welcome to the new Feline Finder version 3.0. The app sports a beautifully redesigned interface. Survey section includes new animation. Added a new gallery of cat photos and videos. Adopt.a cat on more than just a cute face.

1. Restructured the screen flow of the application so that it starts with the list of cats for adoption. 2. Added an option to have a simple search and an advanced search. 3. Changed the icon of the app and the launch image and the name. 4. Fixed a few bugs.

Minor user interface tweaks and some bug fixes.

Improved the user interface. Added titles to the buttons on the home screen so you know what each one is for. Changed the images on the collection views and detail screens to ovals instead of squares. Optimized the survey so it takes less time to complete. Added a 30 second on boarding video which will play the first time you download the app to show you Feline Finder's various features. Bug fixes. Fixed a bug which occurs when the person using the app chooses not to allow the app to find cats closest to you. Feline Finder now uses much less memory.

An addition was made to the title screen to show the new slogan. A few bugs were fixed.

The upgrades to Feline Finder formerly known as Cat Appz are concentrated into three main areas. First, the major area that has been improved in this version is the screens have been redesigned to make them look better. Some graphical effects have been added like the turning of pages in the survey section. Animated transitions have been added between going from screen to screen. The list of cats for adoption has been categorized to show around how far away the various shelters are away from you. If the data is provided by the shelters you can get driving directions to tell you more accurately how far away the shelter is from you. A cat adoption button has been added to the title screen to allow you to more easily access the local cats. Instructions have been added to the top of each page so you can more easily see what your various options are on most screens. A filter display is now available on the top of the list of adoptable cats. Various bugs have been squashed. A cat photo viewer has been added. The app has been made universal and can now be used on the iPad. Better navigation has been added. A grid of cats available to adopt has been added instead of a table so you can see the cat's pictures better. Second, where Feline Finder is getting its data has changed. Feline Finder now uses RescueGroups.org to supply the cats for adoption. This provides many more pictures and also YouTube videos of some of the cats for adoption. Also, RescueGroups supplies much more data. This data can be used to better narrow down your choice of a cat to adopt. Your filters can be saved so you can go back to them later. When you favorite a cat you like you can track when the cat is adopted and in some cases when he is about to be adopted. Third, YouTube videos have made available describing 65 breeds of cats and in some cases where the shelters provide them individual cats for adoption.
