1、管理--数电账号管理，认证拆分为短信登录、风险认证；风险认证支持国家网络身份认证APP扫脸认证；认证成功后支持勾选重开失败发票；
2、发票管理，因登录认证/风险认证，开票失败的发票修改对应的操作按钮，风险认证支持国家网络身份认证APP扫脸认证；无需认证的，支持直接提交开票；
3、手工开票页面、生成开票二维码、客户开票申请，数电票一开票账户改为开票人，选择时增加显示“登录/风险认证”状态，未登录、未风险认证时标红显示；
4、手工开票页面、生成开票二维码，发票种类默认上次选择的数据项，无缓存时根据开票员的票种权限，优先显示数电票(普通发票)，其次数电票(专用发票)；
5、手工开票页面，发票备注，输入内容支持换行;
6、管理--生成开票二维码，点击生成后的页面，增加显示“销售方名称”字段;
