Either needs updates or improvements, it never let me connect the kids smart watch. I bought the SIM card and paid for the monthly subscription to get the mobile sms/date and calls that requires but nothing!

The programme doesn’t accept any relation status

The program doesn’t accept any relationship status. It says : unknown exception. As a result we cannot join the watch to the phone, set the time and date, or alarm:( pretty disappointing

Won’t let me set up watch asks for name and sim number and relationship to child then has a blank confirm pop up tap it and sends u back to main screen. Highly disappointed.
