It’s an ok card when you don’t have a bank account and the early access feature is amazing. The customer service is sub par. They act like when you call, that it’s affecting them directly. Most customer service reps are really rude, and do nothing to help. When you call and ask for help they have no interest and miserable.

If I could give it a negative I would , fingerprint doesn’t work , turn on sms notifications and you get every single text message for entire week at 2 am on a Saturday night for every transaction made . The charges are not in order and initially they are one charge them later separate to the charge and then the fee but again NEVER a correct timestamo on the actual transaction. It’s a mess and completely unusable if you need a timestamo for verification purposes AT ALL It’s a low level company immediately looking for another company to hold my money and don’t even bother hitting app support because the server can’t be found that and look at the review number but yet only 3 show up for all reviews and they are bot reviews praising company. What does that tell you about this shady company

Great mobile app for its purpose. Straight to the point and easy to use. This prepaid card is one of the few programs that uses chip cards which is a really nice feature. I receive benefits and if you sign up for their "Early Access" service you can get it a bit earlier which is a life saver for me. There are some fees which is okay instead of me being charged an absurd amount for going under my required balance at other banks that ive been a part of. Highly recommended.
