Create a plan with flexible payment frequency, payment amount, first payment date, and optional interest. You Owe Me builds the full schedule, tracks every payment, handles partial or early repayments, and automatically keeps the plan up to date as the loan changes. See what’s paid, what remains, the next payment, overdue amounts, progress, and projected payoff—all in one place. Add payment reminders and optionally include the complete repayment plan when sharing a loan as a PDF. It’s much more than a loan calculator. It’s a practical repayment system designed to keep both the money and the expectations clear.

Money Messages are now even better. Follow-Up, Repayment Update, and Ask for Loan now create more natural, thoughtful messages that are ready to send—making conversations about money with friends, family, and anyone you share expenses with clearer and less awkward. You can also attach a PDF statement directly to Follow-Up and Repayment Update messages, so your message and its details arrive together.

This update adds new sorting options to the Owed view, making it easier to review balances by your preferred order, highest amount, and other available sorting modes. We also added support for flat interest, giving you more flexibility when tracking loans, debts, and repayments. Introducing Group Paybacks. Paid for dinner, a gift, tickets, a deposit, or another shared cost? Now you can keep it all in one clear place. Create a Group Payback, split the amount, see who paid, who partially paid, and who still owes, then record repayments as they come in. Each person’s balance and history stays accurate, while the Group Payback gives you a simple view of the whole thing. You can also draft polite reminders for a specific person, using only the context of that Group Payback.

Introducing Timeline — a clearer way to understand the full money story with each person. See entries, loans, settlements, statement shares, reminders, and Money Message actions together in one chronological view. Timeline can also help you decide what to do next by showing when a follow-up or repayment update may make sense based on the relationship history.

This update brings more polish to loans, including smoother loan details and direct PDF statement sharing. We also added new entry filters, so you can quickly find entries with interest, due dates, recurring entries, and loans. Plus, we made performance improvements to keep the app feeling smoother, especially when working with larger histories.

Big update: Loan Records are here. Many users asked for a better way to track specific loans separately without losing the full balance with the same person. This version adds Loan Records — a focused space for bigger loans, repayment plans, client projects, family bills, or any money situation that needs its own clear balance. You can now create a separate record for a loan, add repayments or adjustments to it, set details like notes, due dates, interest, and images, and always see what is still left to repay. Everything still stays connected to the same person, so your full balance remains correct while each important loan stays easy to understand. Normal entries are still the fastest way to track everyday money. Loan Records are for the balances that deserve their own clean space.

Choose how you use You Owe Me: Friends & Family, Clients & Business, or Loans & Repayments. The app now adjusts labels, examples, messages, demo content, and statement wording to better fit your situation, while your balances and entries stay exactly the same. PDF statements are better too. You can now choose between Everyday and Professional statement styles, and add more official details, including a logo, due date, and payment details.

We’ve made PDF statements more professional and easier to create. You can now prepare statements from a dedicated PDF screen, add your logo, and include a due date when needed. This update also refreshes the app for iOS 26 with the new Liquid Glass design.

Live Link is here. Share one link with someone so they can always see the latest balance and transaction history — no app install needed. When you add, edit, or remove entries, the link stays the same and the shared view stays up to date.

You can now open a full history view for each borrower with the new “See all” button. Browse more entries at once, search by amount or note, and filter between all entries, money you paid, and money they paid. Also includes small polish and stability improvements.

You can now choose a different currency for each entry. Amounts are automatically converted to the borrower’s currency, making it easier to manage mixed-currency borrowing and repayments. We also fixed bugs and improved performance.
