You can view these durations in many different units: trimesters, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes or seconds.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
Added a widget! You no longer have to launch the app to see the countdown. Just swipe over from the home screen to view the widget. Tap on the widget to open the app and change your settings.
