Digiposte, your secure digital safe
The Digiposte application allows you to have your important documents with you, anywhere, at all times, whether they are related to your professional or personal life, in a secure and confidential space.
You can save all your professional and administrative documents in your digital safe (pay slips, employment contract, attestations, certificates, proof of residence or identity, etc.).
Thanks to Digiposte you can :

- Have a global view of all your receipts
- Enable biometric unlock for added security
- Share your documents quickly and securely with third parties
SAVING AND ADDING YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
Your documents received from your employer, daily organisations or sent from the Digiposte email address are visible in the "Safe" section.
You can manually add all your documents to your safe :
- By importing them from another app, your files or your phone's photo gallery
- By scanning your paper documents
- By sending them by e-mail to your Digiposte safe (web functionality).
A SPECIFIC VIEW OF YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
All the documents useful for your procedures are accessible via the "Proofs" section. Find all your proofs of identity, residency, income, education, professional and finance documents.
Add them in order to build your real estate loan file, identity card/passport renewal or power of attorney for a registered letter or a package. But also to put together your professional life file to answer to an HR request (proof of employment, seniority, etc.), prepare for an interview, mobility or retraining.
SECURELY SHARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
You can quickly share a document by emailing, texting, or using an app. You also have the option to securely share multiple documents from your safe by creating a sharing space and sending the sharing space link to a third party.
PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA
Digiposte has made security its priority. Strict compliance with the rules and standards in force in the sector guarantees you the security, durability, confidentiality and integrity of the data stored. All documents and data are hosted exclusively in France.
To increase the security of your account, you have the option to enable two-factor authentication by receiving a push notification on your phone (web authentication only), an SMS code, or a code provided by the authenticator app of your choice. For speed, register your phone as a trusted device.
Quickly and securely log back into your app with your phone's unlock mode (fingerprint, facial recognition). Activate this unlock mode in the "Security" section of your profile.

Wrong exports - doesn’t work

My advice: do not use this app!!! Unless absolutely necessary eg if your employer is uploading your pay stub to this app. But don’t use it for anything else.Reasons are:- Downloading documents from Digiposte to Box does not work - but misleads you so you think it works! For the past 3 months I have exported my bank statements from Digiposte and it kept exporting the same document with different names! It does not export the document you are seeing, but just the same random document ! Luckily I found out and now I am getting the documents directly from my bank.- Cannot receive documents from sites with two factor authentication eg Amazon USA - Customer service takes forever to respond. Most of the time they don’t even answer the question or they don’t understand. I was patient and answered all their questions and still they were not able to fix the problem. After one year of trying and sending many explanations, screen shots, etc, I gave up.By the way La Poste Certicode is also not working. Same issues with customer service. Just avoid La Poste IT services, you will live happier!
In this version, we have worked to improve the app's accessibility, made improvements to the profile, and adapted it for iOS26. For security, a sharing link must be set up with an access code for third parties. We have also made some corrections.
