Changing behavior is hard. Luckily, behavioral science can help! 2Morrow addresses behavior modification in a whole new way. Using an innovative behavioral model called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), participants learn cutting-edge strategies that are effective when dealing with unhelpful thoughts, feelings and urges that get in the way of long term success. The personalized experience is private and non-judgmental with daily lessons, messaging, and customized tips. Participants can also message a live coach for extra support. A Certificate of Completion is provided when the core program is finished, however participants continue to be supported with tips, tools and coaching for up to 12 months. *Note: You will need a 2Morrow Health account to use this platform through a sponsoring organization. Depending on your sponsoring organization, you may have access to one or more of the following programs: - Weight - Stress - Smoking - Vaping - Chronic Pain - Custom Programs For Interested users: Ask your employer, org or health plan if they offer the 2Morrow program. One of the best apps I have

It was suggested that I download this app and go through it. I have stress and a weight problem but going through these lessons really helped me understand my thoughts and actions and how they affected my brain and life. I was at a major stall in my weight loss journey but since starting this, I’ve started to lose again. Thank you.

Would hope that your company does not select this as their preference for your healthcare. To me it seems like this company is only selected because they make you go through Onslaughts of questions for something that you do not have an association with. My wife and I don’t smoke and this company does not even ask if you are or are not a smoker/tobacco user, but instead makes you go through so many videos and information as if you do smoke and have urges. This is probably because they are able to make the employee pay more and the company less. Highly do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible

This seems like a step in the right direction, the idea and ideals are correct, its positive, it’ll probably help you and not hurt you so, why not? I think this is great to give the people free education and therapy on quitting smoking. I haven’t had it but a day but I already enjoy the knowledge 😊

I had already started chantix and had already quit smoking, but there were many things in this app that was mentally helpful. Glad I took the time to go through all the steps and read the info that was provided. I use some of it several times a day. Thank you again!
