No ability to sign into the app but was directed to a German website. Your last negative review stated the same thing. Friendly reminder from a 71-year-old faithful subscriber that has maintained her subscription since the early 1960’s. Including 10 years in Saudi Arabia followed by a year in the UK, then back to various addresses across the USA:)

This app is terrible. I wasn’t even able to log in to my subscription and when I tried to reset my password it redirected me to a German site that looked like spam. App deleted.

Cannot log into app. Login works fine on browser website. Not a user issue, it’s an app issue and looks like it happens to a lot of people and nat geo does nothing about it.
