- The Points Of Interest on the "Nearby" tab are sorted alphabetically so they don't jump around as the distance varys. - It's possible to get the distance shown and read out loud when you've tapped into a Point Of Interest to see if your getting closer or not. The distance can vary greatly depending on how your mobile perceives the signal so move slowly.

Sometimes images couldn't be fetched from the internet. Now you can see images and maps assigned to venues as expected.

After a long winter, the app was a bit stiff and needed to be adjusted to make the detection of bluetooth beacons work better. New data was not detected immediately because the app mixed up local time and UTC but now this is fixed.

The old cloud KWENDA sat in was a bit old and annoying to make changes in so we swapped it to a more fluffy and modern one.

unfortunately there was a debug message that slipped in that we now wiped away. Took the oportunity to add support for push notifications. It's quite handy if you need to evacuate a venue and not everyone can hear information that's shouted out in the speakers.

After the Christmas cleaning KWENDA is faster, more stable and even more accessible. The function "Read Screen" that persons that feels that it's cumbersome to read now reads all that it's suposed to. It's also possible to activate extended line spacing in the preferences to make it even easier to read. Some images has been replaced in order to get rid of confusement when navigating..

It felt a little stale not beeing able to zoom in the map so we fixed that and flatened some wrincles while at it.

Now you can get even more information and easily see videos for an information point. Tap on the information and swoosch you're on the web. Ok, someone have to konnect the link to the information or the picture first.

With Preference Profiles it's easy to make the app behave as you wish just with one tap.

With the new logotype KWENDA is ready to take on the greater challanges. Sure, a new icon seems a little poor but it's really gordious and there have been other enhancements too.

Now works on iPad. Tap on the map to see more info about the infopoints and long press to choose the info point as start or destination for your navigation route. It's hard to understand why you wouldn't want to update to this version, it's really cool!

Now you're able to see where you are on a map if the venue has one and gives you the flexibility to choose the view that suits you best.

I menyn uppe till vänster på Hem-fliken kommer du åt inställningarna där du själv bestämmer om vägbeskrivningar ska innehålla trappor, hissar, rulltrappor, gallertrappor och stegar. Du kan också stänga av vibrationer och ljud om du vill att appen ska vara mindre sprallig.

Nu kan du lätt navigera till en plats genom att gå in på den och trycka på adressen. Om man angivit GPS-koordinaterna precis vid ingången är det ännu enklare att hitta rätt.

Man kan inte tänka på allt själv så med lite hjälp från andra kom vi på att det vore bra att även kunna berätta i vilken byggnad en fyr sitter, det är ju inte alla platser som är indelade i enbart våningar. Det syns inte utanpå men kommer definitivt att märkas att hämtningen av data snabbats upp och effektiviserats.

Alla vill se vad som finns i närheten så vi lade till en flik där saker i närheten dyker upp. En del av er har stängt av bluetooth vilket gör att Kwenda inte kan se fyrar så nu hojtar vi till och berättar varför det inte funkar som det ska.

Har hällt i lite mer kod för ett schysstare användargränssnitt som bland annat gör det lättare att se vilken våning man är på. Ni som har fungerande ögon blev frustrerade för att ni inte kunde läsa navigeringsinstruktionerna när vi som använder VoiceOver hade full koll så självklart fixade vi till det. Alla ska ju med, eller hur?

Någon hade använt olika längd på brädorna så konstruktionen var lite si och så när det gällde desertering av fyrar. Nu känns det klart bättre. Passade även på att snygga till användargränssnittet när appen ändå var inne på service.
