内容提要：
东盈村镇银行手机银行iPhone客户端针对iPhone手机平台特点，设计了安全、便捷的用户操作界面，提供全面的移动金融服务，是客户移动理财的好帮手。
一、开通方式
客户可在AppStore下载客户端自行注册，或到我行任一网点办理签约手续。自行注册的客户（注册客户）只能办理账户查询、挂失等业务，网点签约的客户（签约客户）默认开通客户端手机银行所有功能。
二、功能简介：
1、门户功能：客户无需登录手机银行即可使用手机银行门户提供的金融和资讯服务。包括：优惠快讯、本行动态、网点查询、优惠商户、客户服务、理财计算器等功能。
2、客户登录手机银行后可以使用账户管理、转账汇款、投资理财、签约管理、支付限额修改等功能。
三、安全机制：
业务安全：
1、银行设置单笔支付及日累计支付最高限额，客户可根据自身需要自行设置，资金风险可控。
2、客户如需开通转账汇款、投资理财等资金交易业务，必须本人到银行网点签约手机银行。
技术安全：
1、客户端手机银行提供了专业、定制化的密码控件，防止客户端恶意程序监听。
2、使用短信验证码、登录密码和交易密码进行多重控制。
3、使用图片验证码，防止机器自动提交。
4、提供预留验证信息设置，在欢迎页面可查看预留信息。
5、系统提供登录账号与设备号绑定功能。客户在绑定此设备后，如果客户在其它设备上使用绑定账号登录时，需要输入银行发送的短信验证码进行身份验证。
6、系统只允许同一账户同时只能在一台设备上在线。
