- Reduced network traffic, improving app responsiveness and data sync speed

- Fixed a LifeApp crash that occurred when Bluetooth was turned off while connecting to a LifeBand. - LifeApp now automatically restores the LifeBand connection after a Bluetooth interruption, without requiring an app restart. - Fixed duplicate fatigue logs after a LifeBand reconnects. - Fixed an issue where the LifeApp would stop trying to reconnect after a Bluetooth outage until it was restarted.

Optimised system logs traffic bandwidth

Added the ability to collect LifeBand battery metrics

This release includes bug fixes, optimized performance, improved the experience, and added support to enable over-the-air updates to LifeBand II.

* Band firmware upgrade status is shown on LifeHub. * Band firmware can now be upgraded from background.

* Only one notification sound will be played at a time. * Distinct status tones for Level 3+ and Level 4. * Fixed a crash related to app restoration from background. * Fixed duplicate NoCapConnected status sent to LH after a band disconnection. * Fixed register button not working in certain situations.

* Optimised the retry timing for the new endpoints. * Fixed a regression in decompression setting for the new endpoints.

- Fixed Lifehub synchronization issues.

* Whilst in background, notify the user if the band has remained disconnected due to being out of range or an error. * No longer shows disconnected notification when app launches. * Added location permission request view. Note: Please make sure iOS has Location as ALWAYS,if not permission view will be shown upon every launch. * Support for Intervention alarm for Level 4 rule. Intervention alarm is disabled in LifeHub by default and can be enabled upon request. * Intervention rule can be set for Level 3+ and No LifeBand Connected but not supported.

* LifeBands will be unable to connect to the LifeApp when it has not been registered with a LifeHub for 30 days. * Added support for dark mode throughout the LifeApp, previously only the My Data screen was shown in Dark mode theme. Notification popups are unchanged.

* Simplify band connection. * Sort LifeBand list in connections screen with the new grouping - Ready-to-Pair and Paired. Ready-to-Pair shows discovered bands that are available for pairing at the moment Paired shows current connected LifeBands, and any previously paired LifeBands that may or may not be available for connection at the moment. * App sound doesn't interrupt background music any more. * Screen brightness is correctly restored after backgrounding while the screen is dimmed. * Added SmartCap Privacy Policy * Bands which have never been connected to before are now named 'LifeBand' instead of 'SmartCap'.

* Distinct tone for Level 3+ and 4 alarm rule. * Improved Bluetooth stability, as now Life app will keep re-checking with LifeBand for a period of time before dropping connection. * Poorly fit and Cap off notifications are automatically dismissed when the status changes. * New Alarm triggering logic implemented as Life app will not repeat alarm rules unless explicitly specified. * Only default/light theme is allowed currently for app.

Fixed an issue to associate logs with Geo-location.

Fixed Bluetooth stability when running in the background.

* Corrected priority of alarm notifications for alarms with higher duration. * LifeBand now connects with the app in the background without the need to be relaunched. * Life app runs for a longer period in the background whilst not connected to a LifeBand.

* Background mode for iOS is enabled.

* LifeHub registration has been simplified (just type the name of the LifeHub, not the full address). * Language selection - options are now displayed in that language (e.g. 'French' is now displayed in French). * Language selection - added Russian language support. * Improved accuracy of user locations sent to LifeHub when using some handheld devices. * Display of LifeBand connection, LifeHub registration and LifeBand battery status on navigation menu is now more accurate. * Improved LifeBand battery-related monitoring.

Fixed daylight-savings time display issue on fatigue history chart.

Reduced logging verbosity.

Bug fixes.

New Features and Improvements * Much-improved Bluetooth connection stability, and faster scanning for devices. * New alarm-notification layouts are more descriptive, now showing the name of the alarm. * The LifeBand charging status is reported to LifeHub. * If a connected LifeBand is charging, this will now be displayed within the app. * Improved network connectivity checking & stability. * Added Mongolian Language support. Known Issues * This version requires corresponding updates to LifeHub 3.5 to be applied prior to upgrading. LifeHub 4 is fully compatible. * One known Bluetooth connection issue remains unresolved. The LifeBand connects but the app doesn't register the connection correctly and displays no fatigue levels. This will be resolved in 1.12. We judged that there is a very low chance of this occuring and that we should not delay the release of the completed Bluetooth stability and performance improvements any longer. The risk of this issue occuring can be further reduced by ensuring that the app is not set to Manual connection. * The Communications Settings diagnostics screen is only available on devices which do support satellite modem comms.

Display Dimming The Life App can now dim the display during operation and light only on key events such as alarms or a driver disconnecting their LifeBand. An Enable Dimming toggle is available in the General settings to control this feature. An additional setting for dimming will control how long the Life App will keep the display lit after a band disconnects. Auto Connection of LifeBands When a LifeBand is selected for connection, the Life App will enable Automatic Connection to the band in future. It is no longer necessary to enable the Auto Connect option. Fixes and Changes Status Reporting on start up Previous versions of the Life App did not report status to Life Hub until a status was received from a Life Band. The Life App will now report a No Cap Connected status 30 seconds after a restart unless a LifeBand is connected and reporting fatigue status.
