STEP 3: Construct address list
* Build a list of addresses by 1) entering them manually; 2) selecting contacts with addresses; 3) selecting a saved address list; 4) importing addresses in a CSV file on iPad; 5) importing addresses in a CSV file on iCloud Drive and/or 6) exporting an address spreadsheet as a CSV file and transferring it to the app.
* Manage address list - edit or delete an address; print, export to a CSV spreadsheet or clear the list
* Save address list to device; restore later
STEP 4: Examine label sheet’s product specifications; mark unusable labels on 1st sheet
STEP 5: Preview label sheets
* Specify how many times each address is to be replicated on the label sheets
* Adjust sheet margins when printed results are not perfectly aligned
* Review label sheets for alignment accuracy before printing to label sheet
* Print outlined labels and overlay on label sheet to check label content lines up correctly
STEP 6: Print label sheets to an AirPrint enabled printer, save to a PDF file or e-mail as a PDF for printing later or elsewhere. PDF needed for borderless printing.

I bought this app to be able to convert .csv files into labels. First you can’t just transfer the file from another app to this one, you have to go through the computer. THEN, after all that that involves, the transfer may or may not be completed. This was a waste of money. It does not even do what they say it will. I want my money back!

Using iTunes to add a file for an app is standard practice. Transferring it from another app is a reasonable idea. If the CSV file was not totally imported correctly, chances are it is not formatted correctly; you have to use a comma separator and follow the format detailed in the User Guide. Send your CSV file to support@verusapps.com and it will be tested, corrected and sent back. UPDATE: In v3.4 a CSV file exported by an iPad spreadsheet app, such as Numbers, can be transferred to the app. See the User Guide's section "Create Addresses On-iPad" for details.

This app is extremely hard to use. You can make labels but more work than worth it and editing is impossible.

Plain return address labels can be made in 4 steps: 1) In the Design-New tab, select the Label Size; 2) In the Addresses-Enter tab, enter a name and address, then tap Add to List; 3) In the Preview-Address Repetitions tab, select the address's repetition count; and 4) In Print-Printer tab, print your labels. Only an address need be edited: tap the added address then Edit, edit it and dismiss the keyboard when finished. Don't forget to Save the design for future access.Each step has Tips to guide you. The app contains a searchable User Guide and a list of FAQs. There is also a Quick Tour you can take anytime. Email support@verusapps.com if you need help.UPDATE: The editing issue may be due to the fact the virtual keyboard is up in the middle of the screen and therefore partially blocking the address to be edited. To correct this, press and hold on the little keyboard icon and select dock. Editing then works fine.UPDATE2: Version 4.0.0 has a Quick Guide that provides a way to quickly learn how to use the app.UPDATE3: Starting with Version 4.1.0, an address in the address list can now be edited in-place.

1. Compatible with iOS/iPadOS 26+, macOS 26+
2. The miniumum supported iOS is now iOS 16+ and macOS 16+
3. Fixed known crash bugs.
4. The app now provides a default label design, AppDefault. To start a new design, simply select the Saved sub-step of Design and in the displayed list of saved designs, select AppDefault. For a different default design, modify the default and save it, e.g., as MyDefault; AppDefault cannot be overwritten nor can it be deleted. When the app is launch the very first time without having saved the AppDefault design, "Design Saved" will be displayed briefly.
5. The Design step now has 3 sub-steps:
1) Now: the current design
2) Saved: selecting displays a list of the saved designs; includes the AppDefault design
3) New: selecting starts a new design by restoring the AppDefault design
6. The name of the substep New under Design has been changed to Now.
7. For those using the macOS version, it is advisable to read Section 11: macOS Version's Differences in the User Guide.
