Why bother having an English option when it only changes the menu to English not the rest of the app. If I cannot easily use the menu in Polish, do you really think I can navigate the rest of the app in Polish? Don’t offer an English option unless you are going to actually have English in the app. Frustrating and time-consuming to setup, even with the help of a native Polish speaking friend. Could not get it to work so I went with a different company whose scooters were right across the street and it was a seamless experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I installed an app, went through the registration process, submitted all the necessary info about me and.. silence. It has been 3 weeks since that time and I still get the message that my account is under verification. When I write to the support to find out if I can provide anything to help with verification - once again silence. I would much rather appreciate simple rejection than being ghosted.

Instantly after activating the 2FA security where they send an SMS to your mobile phone number I started to get lots of phishing spam’s thru WhatsApp to the same number, the number is new and this is the only application that is associated with it, so there is no doubt about it… I just hope is not part of Traficar service the exploitation of the personal information.
