The screen that says I need to update continues to show up every time o open the app. I have deleted the app a dozen times, reinstalled and the annoying update screen keeps coming back. FIX THIS! We are too busy to have to click out of a useless screen to get to our assignments!

Bad:• Constantly says to Update• Lets an Interpreter Accept a job that’s no longer available• Difficult for Clients to select more than one requested Interpreter• Sends emails to Interpreters to Confirm appointments that have already been confirmed (staff says “Ignore them.”)• Useless: Reminders 5min before the start of an appointmentGood:• Reminders the day before an appointmentWould be Nice:• Ability to Upload Documents from the App• Ability to make Notes on an Appointment from the App (rather than having to wait to go to Desktop version and likely forget)

The app keeps logging me out, which is affecting my ability to take job requests. I’ve already rebooted my iPhone and deleted/reinstalled the app several times. This didn’t happen before the latest updates, but now having to log in every time is really frustrating. Please fix this quickly!!!

There are places it says to click and there’s no button to click, the website is horrible not phone friendly but the app doesn’t have any options to do things that need to be done either
- Add comments when rating calls
- Provide reasons for AI to human rollover
- Option to opt out of AI call transcriptions
- AI Interpreting now defaults to always listening
- Bug fixes and improvements
