I have to login and out to see the job releases. Sometimes I can’t even pick up a shift at all.

I have to login and out to see the job releases. Sometimes I can’t even pick up a shift at all.

- Rather than saying when you’re not free, you have to share when you’re free in a 24 hour window for a long term schedule or one-off requests. So if you’re unavailable all day but don’t want to ask for vacation or sick day, you have to state 12am to 12:01am availability. You also can’t list multiple timeframes in a day that you’re available.- viewing those working for the day means downloading a PDF doc on desktop - UI is abysmal. Did a child design this?- Desktop features vary with app features vary with iPad features 🙄

Witholding paystubs

I left my job and I immediately got kicked out of the app. Which is kind of ridiculous because my paystubs are on there and I needed to print them out just in case my w2 doesn’t arrive on time since I changed addresses. I reached out to customer service and never got a reply. Ridiculous we should be able to view our paystubs at any time regardless of wether or not we still work at the job. Terrible app and customer service is non existent
