Thanks to the PEAX app, paying your invoices has never been easier. Payment orders and due dates are entered automatically. Invoices can be paid directly in the app – securely and reliably through the Swiss bank of your choice.

Still searching, or already found what you’re looking for? Several clever tags, a filter, full-text search and a history make finding documents and information child’s play.
Areas and Functionalities:
Mail redirecting: Activate mail redirecting in PEAX so that you receive all your mail digitally. In addition, you can forward electronic mail to your peaxbox email address so that you can collect and keep track of it in the portal.
Receive digital mail: Digital mail is sent to your postbox. Invoices are automatically moved to «Invoices». You can process, forward, archive or add a comment to your mail in the postbox.
Pay invoices: Outstanding invoices can be paid directly in PEAX. Here you have two options: add one or more bank account and instruct your bank via PEAX to make payments. Alternatively, you can pay your invoices in advance by transferring funds to your PEAX transaction account. Whichever option you choose, your invoices will be paid in just a few clicks.
Scan documents: Click on ‘Scan document’ and take a photo of the document in question. If required, add more pages.
Upload: Here you can upload content in all common file formats from your device into your portal.
Archive documents: Before archiving a document, you can apply one or more tags to it. This will make your documents easier to find and instantly accessible, for tax purposes for example. Besides tags, you can also use a filter and full-text search to quickly find your documents (by name, company, etc.).
Business Accounts: You can view and manage your business accounts in the mobile app.
Security: All content in PEAX is transmitted and archived in encrypted form. Content is hosted in Switzerland according to the highest security standards. Data protection guidelines are strictly observed and ongoing quality assurance measures are applied.
more UID and VAT numbers are now identified and validated more accurately from documents. This improves vendor matching in accounting systems and reduces manual processing effort.

Improved Sender Recognition with Automatic Logo Display Documents are read more precisely and automatically enriched with sender info and company logo. Sender addresses can be adjusted in document properties. Our logo database is continuously expanding.
New Setup Wizard for Administrators The new wizard helps you set up your workspace faster – available for admins and paid subscriptions. All pending steps are displayed as tasks.

- Direct Mail Distribution: You can now distribute mail directly to the desired group or person in the mail distribution system without prior assignment. The existing feature, which requires prior assignment followed by distribution, remains available.
- New filter for transfer status (app integration): You can filter specifically by transfer status and immediately see which invoices were successfully transferred and which failed.

- Transmitting Documents: Multiple (filtered) documents can be selected and sent simultaneously via "Transmit".
- New entry in document history: When a tag name is changed, the corresponding entry will appear in the document history.
- New filter: Distribution group: Thanks to the 'Distribution group' filter, you can find the relevant documents even faster by narrowing the display down to specific distribution groups.
- Delivery of notifications: To improve the delivery of system notifications, these will now be sent to the email addresses of selected administrators. These can be specified under Settings / Permission Groups / Administrator. At least one administrator must be selected.

- Extension of document history: From now on, adding and removing tags in the document history will be listed on new documents. Furthermore, every person who has read the document will now be noted in the document history. This not only improves the overview for the respective user, but also covers further aspects of the ICS.
- Document status read/unread: The read status of documents is now user-specific. Specifically, this means that when Lea reads a document, it is not marked as read for her entire team, but only for herself. For Romeo, the same document remains unread until he opens it.

- Online verification of postal addresses: Addresses are validated when mail redirecting is activated by comparing them with Swiss Post, which means that input errors can be corrected automatically.
- Change of address: From now on, you will notify us of your new address after you have completed your relocation – this allows us to use the verification service also in the case of relocations.
- Permission management for all business accounts: Business accounts with Basic and Standard subscriptions can now also apply privileges to their members, allowing for more diverse use of roles within the company. Users with ID Level 1 are migrated to the "All employees" permission group. Users with ID Level 2 are automatically migrated to the "Administrator" user group.

- Simplified registration: Invited employees can join a Business Account in a simplified process - verification of their private address is no longer necessary.
- Starter subscriptions without renewal: Starter subscriptions are used for testing PEAX - they give you a one-time allowance of up to 25 document uploads.
- Changes in contacts area: Private contacts will be managed in Partner-Management in the future – initial work to simplify it has already been completed. As a result, documents can only be forwarded to email addresses, not anymore to user names.

- The login process now uses a dedicated security solution. This can lead to the URL https://idp-peax.ch being displayed temporarily on iOS mobile devices.
