隧e通是青岛国信城市信息科技有限公司出品的移动软件。该产品服务对象为通行青岛胶州湾隧道的车主，为车主制定了车牌识别+移动支付一体化的解决方案，免除车主停车缴费、准备零钱以及购买电子通行设备的痛苦，且可以提高隧道通行效率。
【功能介绍】
车辆绑定：用户提交车牌相关信息及车辆照片，通过审核后即可开启通行自动缴费，快速过隧道。
充值：支持微信、支付宝等充值渠道。用户预存少量资金即可零等待快速通过隧道。
电子发票：软件可为用户提供电子充值发票，免除开具纸质发票的繁琐。
路况：为用户提供胶州湾隧道两端的实景照片，帮助用户合理规划行驶计划。

出行规划会持续使用GPS定位服务，切换到后台仍会继续，相比其他操作会消耗更多的电量，并影响电池续航时间
