Was using this app for a few months and then today nothing would load so I uninstalled it and reinstalled and now it won’t load at all! It was glitchy even before it completely stopped working

In Bryant Park
Local branch, Washington, doesn’t use PINs they tell me. So I can’t sign in. They seem unaware of this new app. Old one works fine on old iPad.
