Overall, the app is better than most of other banking apps. However, the recent update occasionally causes the device to overheat. Additionally, NFC payments are unavailable for iOS devices, and biometric authentication sometimes malfunctions.

Very Poor Service and Unprofessional Handling

I submitted all my personal and foreign documents as requested, but later they said they can’t open my account due to CBSL guidelines. If foreign residents are not allowed, they should clearly mention it first instead of wasting people’s time and collecting personal information.Their customer handling is the worst no replies to emails, and they still use outdated WhatsApp numbers or methods for communication. Totally unprofessional and misleading. I don’t recommend anyone to use this app until they improve their process and customer service.

OTP takes ages to recieve

With the new update you have to register again which is a nuisance. Asks for an otp which takes more than a minute (app otp timeout) to receive. Nothing can be done to login now. Stupid developers !!!
