This app is easy and fun to use. Products I have ordered are high quality. Best of all, app support is quick, professional, and friendly. If a problem with an order, I email customer support through my email app. They are very responsive. Like a order I received was delivered crushed. It was replaced quickly and arrived in perfect condition. They are always running specials! Need more pages for a book? Just keep loading photos! Price does not go up too much. There are limits in app. I did 8” x 8” hardcover Simple book (one photo per page) and was limited to 151 photos. Enough to summarize my year in photos. Very special. I love Photobook!

I had used this service for years, and the quality of the books was great. Recently I had an incomplete project that I paid $20 expedited shipping for. After a week or two I had not received it. They had not made the book yet refused to refund the expedited shipping. I was asking for them to complete the project but just send regular mail and refund the $20 expedited shipping, since the event had already passed, but they refused to refund the overnight shipping even though they hadn’t even made the book yet! I found their support uncompromising to the point of being rude. Never using them again.

Order still have not process for over 7 days, CS didn't reply any mail for the enquiry as well. It was placed on hold due to emoji on the cover, emojis are not supported by the app.We appreciate your patronage and are looking forward to preserving your treasured memories.====================Update:For the first release, the cover and the pages are all shift.For the second release, the photo has been re-arranged and uploaded again. However, all the pages inside have no improvement even manual tuning. Really disappointed! I cannot think of the current experience with your team being not typical of the service. :(
