Life Lists is one place for everything in your life — lists, notes, habits, budgets and plans — with an AI assistant that keeps it organized.
ASK, AND KEEP THE ANSWER
• Ask anything. Answers come back as clear cards: a verdict, an estimate you can adjust, steps, comparisons, diagrams.
• Turn an answer into something you own — a checklist, a budget, a pro/con list, habits — filed in the right folder.
• Snap a photo of a listing, a receipt or a product and get the answer it implies: is it a good deal, how do we split the bill, what's next?
• Research in depth: one sentence becomes a folder with an overview, budget, plan, options and sources.
• Talk instead of typing with voice chat.
• The chat knows your lists and updates them: "add milk and eggs", "what's left to pack?"
ORGANIZED FOR YOU
• A folder for each part of your life — Health, Home, Work, Family — with what you're working on at the top.
• Organize automatically tidies as you go: related lists grouped, empty ones put away, every change one tap to undo.
• A dashboard for your day: what's due, what's late, your habits and the weather.
EVERY KIND OF LIST
• Checklists, prioritized and numbered lists, sections
• Groceries that sort themselves by aisle
• Habits with streaks, reminders and packing lists
• Notes, notebooks, a journal and stickies
• Budgets that add up, weighted pro/con lists, side-by-side comparisons
• People lists for birthdays and the details that matter
• Tools beside your lists: timer, stopwatch, focus mode, counter, breathing, voice memos and meeting notes
EVERYWHERE YOU ARE
• iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, plus home screen widgets
• Sync with iCloud and share lists with family and friends — or keep everything on your device
• 500+ icons and colors, unlimited lists, no ads
YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
• Your lists live on your device and, if you choose, in your iCloud.
• AI features send what you ask to our AI providers only after you allow it. Turn AI off anytime and Life Lists works as a classic list app.
An app that is free and I thought it was pretty good before they did the but now that they’ve done it’s so great! There’s a few things that I would still like to see but I also haven’t 100% explored everything yet on the app so it might just be something I missed and the weather part is not accurate but personally I don’t care it’s got everything else it’s got and it’s free! Hook up to phone iPad and watches idk it does other devices besides Apple. There’s a calendar folder that you can use. There is a workout folder that AI has made that is pretty handy and it gives you recommendations of what you. Might want to put in it. There’s a Habit folder. There’s a schoolwork folder, which is extremely useful. You can just make normal list. You can do recipes all sorts of stuff. I highly recommend checking out this!

Started pretty recently using it. Really thought it was a pretty good. It seems to constantly ask you to rate it that was really annoying especially when in the midst of working on things. The last time it asked I was actually in it doing something and just clicked the X to close it. I figured as much ask they do I do it again at another time. Since I clicked the X I have not been able to get back into anything it just keeps closing every time I open it. Not happy. Need to find something else did so much work on there it is a shame. Thought I found a really good app. Too bad. It seems to be fixed. Thank goodness. I really do like this app. I find it very helpful. It is working fine now. Thank you, I really don’t mind responding to reviews periodically I I just was a little preoccupied at the moment and have memory issues so did not want to lose my train of thought. I really do like the app.It worked for a little bit after my review now it won’t stay open again. It is really annoying do not know what is wrong with this app.

Update: that’s fantastic to hear the fix worked for you! Thank you for reporting this. I have the app set to only ask three times over a user's entire lifetime of using the app but there may have been a bug where after 100 times opening the app, it kept asking. Do you think you may have passed that point? If so, I found the bug. My apologies for the issue and I'm getting the bug I found out as quickly as possible, submitting to Apple tonight.Update: v3.1.6 is now available and should fix any issues you had with reviews - if you have any further trouble you can always email me at dave@yourdolist.com
Finally! A perfect list app!

My favorite list app just stopped updating and since iOS 11, it’s become glaringly obvious that I’d have to switch, but despite trying out virtually every list app across the App Store, I’d never found a simple app that got the job done.Until now! I LOVE this app. I don’t write reviews often, but Life Lists gives me everything that Errands used to do, but soooo much more! No flash, no unnecessary accounts that link across 12 places with ten extra privacy policies. Just lists for what you need.Need a checklist for what you want to do today? Done. Need a list for packing for a trip. Done. Keeping a list of books you’d like to read, shows to watch, games to play? Done, done, done! Life lists is simple and perfect like Errands used to be. Seriously, I was about to sit down and learn Swift myself to just make the app that I needed since I couldn’t find what I’d wanted until I came across Life Lists.Again, I don’t write reviews often, but was so geeked about how great this app works for me that I was moved to say something. If you’re looking for a simple, clean listing app, I can’t recommend Life Lists more.
Add recurring reminders/to-dos option please!

I love this app so far. This is exactly what I needed. I'm sick of having to use several different apps for each individual thing. I write down so many notes, ideas, lyrics, to-do's, reminders, etc. I NEED to have them in one place. Why aren't there more apps like this? It's also very aesthetically pleasing. One thing I'm sad about though is that you can't set reminders or any item in a list to be recurring. A couple of other things as well: I would like more options for sorting lists other than alphabetical and manual. It would be nice to be able to choose if a new item appears at the top or bottom of a list. Also something that I would really like is having a timestamp on notes for when you made them. Maybe it could even be an option you could turn on or off? Otherwise great work guys. Appreciate ya
New in this version:
• Answers you can swipe through: illustrations and short slideshows explain things in pictures, not just words.
• Say "show me" and the picture is the answer — how to lay a wall, what's inside an atom.
• Voice chat is faster and no longer cuts you off mid-sentence.
• The assistant knows you: ask "what do you know about me?" and it answers from your folders and past chats. Review every note it keeps in Settings › AI › You.
• No more permission pop-up: one labeled AI button sends your first request, and adding to a list works without AI until you allow it.
• While dictating, Send sits on the outside, within reach of your thumb.
• Plus many fixes and improvements.
