منصة مجيد للتوظيف الإلكتروني هي أول منصة توظيف إلكترونية ذكية في سلطنة عمان لعرض الوظائف المتوفرة في سوق العمل، حيث تقوم المؤسسات الحكومية و الخاصة بالتسجيل فيها و نشر الوظائف المتوفرة لديها حتى يتمكن الباحثون عن عمل من التقدم لها. بدأت المنصة كمشروع تطوعي مدعوم من قبل شركة تنمية نفط عمان كجزء من المسؤولية الإجتماعية التي تنتهجها الشركة وذلك بالتعاون مع شركة القمة للتجارة الإلكترونية.
بعد أن يتم نشر الفرص الوظيفة تقوم المنصة بتنبيه الباحثين عن عمل و الباحثين عن فرص وظيفية أفضل عبر البريد الإلكتروني من أجل التقدم لها. كذلك، تقوم المنصة بنشر تلك الفرص الوظيفية في حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي مثل تويتر و الفيسبوك. أيضاً، تبعثها عبر خدمة مُجيد واتساب لضمان إنتشارها.
حازت منصة مُجيد على جائزة السلطان قابوس للعمل التطوعي في عام 2015، كما حازت على جائزة جريدة الرؤية العمانية لمبادرات الشباب في نفس العام. كذلك، فازت بجائزة منضمة هاند-باي-هاند ومقرها واشنطون في العام 2016.
