So, what's new? **Let's organize your events** We've added new sorting and filtering options for the events list across a variety of parameters. Yes, the very feature you asked for. You waited patiently, and we really appreciate it. **Buyers Report Download** We fixed an issue some users experienced since the last update that prevented them from downloading the buyers report. You can now download it smoothly once again. **Better scanning with dedicated scanners** We improved scanning performance using handheld scanners and upgraded the scanning experience on Chainway devices. **Faster and more accurate scanning on iPhone** We boosted camera scanning speed and accuracy on iOS. Plus, we added a "+" sign right in the center of the scanning area. The barcode that gets scanned is the one positioned directly under the "+"—so even when there are multiple barcodes close together, you'll always know exactly which one is being scanned. In short: aim, scan, and move on.

We upgraded again! We are pleased to update that there is a new and available version of the app Plus the latest features added to the Web- 1. Ability to pause/restart events from the event list screen 2. Indicates the success of sending an email or SMS to the buyer 3. Resubmit tickets with the option of guest and platform selection (email or SMS) 4. Producers now have more options into which tabs their agents can view 5. Support for age from date of birth both when selling tickets and when editing guest details. 6. Fixed a bug where the consumed bar didn't show the ticket amounts

So what's in the new version? We are excited to introduce the new and improved version of the eventer backstage app. Beyond the new, young and fresh look, we have improved the apps speed and fixed a-l-o-t of bugs. Most importantly - we've added lots of things that will make your event management experience a much more professional and accessible place. So: 1.We've added a side menu that currently allows easy transition and control over language settings (English translation added!) and themes (Try our new and beautiful Dark Mode) - many new cool things will be added in the future. 2.Want to get to the events landing page? Now it's really easy! A short click on the link icon in the event list will copy the link to the device and open the share dialog, and a long click will open the event landing page in the browser. 3.Salesmen are in the house! From now on you can add and manage salesmen, pause, change permissions, and set commissions. 4.We've added more actions to the buyers' list: Swipe right or left on each buyer record and discover new actions. In addition, we have added tabs for the hidden and rejected list that until now have been available only through the Web. 5.Partial cancellation? Now available from the app too! 6.We've added new, colorful and expanded statistics for your convenience. 7.Option to resend a cancellation/pending email 8.Added new data to the events list 9.Last but not least - reduced the size of the app so you have a lot more room for photos from the event now!
