Ive had the same password since i started now it doesnt work. Ive changed it in order to get in the account but once i log out and try to log back in it says my pw is invalid. Been doing this for days now. My drivers need the eld

This app has not been working correctly since the latest update. I have been working with support for months and they keep saying it’s fixed now, but it’s not. At first after the update it would not allow you to login. After they thought they “fixed” it, it would let you login but you would have to re enter all fields every time! I have tons of back and forth emails sending screenshots and screen records per their request of it not working and they keep sending to their “engineers”, but apparently their “engineers” do not know how to fix the issue. If you are looking for a GPS system for your fleet I would recommend something other than Geotab. Very disappointing.

This app, when used with iOS is absolutely horrible. It rarely accepts your login info, no matter how correct it is. Reset your password, still won’t accept it. It’s ridiculous. Since it’s so close to the first of the year, there’s a really good chance I’m going to dump geo tab and find something that actually works. I can’t have 140 trucks up and down the road that we can’t track.

Not intuitive at all. The first thing people will use this app for is the map of tracked vehicles but you login and the default screen is idle time and other things. Click map and you’re taken to the entire NW hemisphere, then have to zoom in and in all the way to your vehicles even if they’re all in the same city. Maybe they should talk to someone who actually uses the app.
