Works great, but could use some options for when it doesn't

Looked at a few and decided to try this one, and I like it.

Using it is straightforward, select an endpoint and click Connect and it does.

Simple enough interface, speed seems decent, no issues staying connected, I get mostly everything I need while traveling which is what I wanted (although Amazon and Netflix seem to know where I am, which is not good but not sure this is something a VPN can solve).

And, I would have rated this much higher except for one important area.

When needed the app reconnects succesfully, often. You don’t have to do anything it simply does it as needed.

But, there is an issue when first connecting or subsequently reconnecting does not go as well as might be hoped. When that happens, there isn't any means to determine what’s going on, or do anything about it. The interface simply displays it’s percentage completed status, locked at some number, forever. There’s nothing that can be clicked to restart the connection process, or anything else in the way of info or actions. In fact, the only out is to go into ActivityMonitor and kill the app, then restart it and hopefully it then connects ok. Which has, thankfully, done the trick each time.

So, while I do recommend it (it does get the job done and the interface is straightforward) if you’re annoyed having to use Activity Monitor to manage your apps, you might want to look at another.

Very Easy!

I downloaded this app about two days ago because i been reading about cyber attackes and pirtates trying to scout the internet for an open oppertunity to hack one’s IP address and connect to everything pretty much. I liked how easy the app is, plus the fact that they give a week of free trial which they allow their users to try all the functionality of their app. Please keep improving and updating the app along the way. Working quite well in China.

Although it might face certain errors while logging in and takes a bit longer to react than expected, after all, it works quite well with a satisfying internet speed.
