Services provided by the App are Amazing like the Carrier—ufone— is nothing short of outstanding. However, the App is glitchy. It goes off automatically and constantly ask for the login by sending OTP, which can be annoying.

Useful app but poorly designed, crashes!

App has all basic functions however desperately needs an overhaul in terms of easy of use and functionality. It takes 4 clicks just to see the remaining balance of bundles except for super card. Fonts are too small, barely readable and the app lacks polish and optimization. Most of the useful information is buried under menus due to poor implementation of UI/UX. Request the devs to update the app accordingly to modern standards and UX principals. Jazz and Telenor apps can be used for reference.EDIT: 3 out of 5 times the app doesn’t go past the logo screen. Then crashes. One star until this is fixed.

Though the app starts slow and crashes sometimes, its quite convenient for me to check my credit, subscribed deals and to subscribe for available bundles, The only things lacking are call packages, the net is expensive and there is no 4G but thats not related to the app.you can improve the interface a bit more and have a proper “Instructions” section.Some features don't work properly either such as the review feature in-app.

I don’t know why ptcl is not focusing on customer experience. It’s been 2 weeks, we are facing internet outage every alternative day for about 7 to 8 hours daily and it’s a flash fiber. It’s not running smoothing even when it’s not out of service. When we contact on customer support, they are robots i think every time they say we are aware of it and we are working on it. We know you are aware of it and you should be, but the thing is are we not paying for it? Are you providing free internet ? Your internet goes out of service any time. I suggest all others to please use local internet, it’s far better than ptcl
