民e购智能用电管理系统(简称“民e购”）是保定市民益购售电服务有限公司自主研发的科技创新产品。该系统是为解决电力用户在购电、用电、管电过程中出现的问题而精心研发的一套智能用电管理系统，在PC端与移动端具备缴费购电、效能分析、远程控制等功能，通过对电路实时监控，进而实现电器空载提醒、异常预警、节能用电等延伸功能。
系统建有电商板块、社区交流、一键求助等相应服务板块。电商板块推出线上订单、周边商家送货上门等服务，用户在线下合作场所消费可享受获赠电能的优惠服务；社区交流版块可以以社区为单位组建社交圈，形成信息交流平台。系统还预留了供水、供暖和燃气接口，为打造四表合一平台、智能家居、智慧城市做了技术储备。系统经过测试已经稳定运行20000小时以上，已在住宅小区、酒店公寓、商业综合体中投入使用，市场反馈良好。
系统目前已获得6项软件著作权。为政府打造智慧城市提供好了工具，为电网智能化建设提供了好技术，为电力用户实现节能降耗提供了好方法。
