AirCare provides an essential service at no cost to the user.

Given the increasing number of wildfires here in the west, having easy-to-access, current, site specific information on air quality wherever I am or plan to go is essential to my health. AirCare provides that information, as well as showing me where fires are. For world travelers, air quality information for many other countries is also available. Making this information available at no cost means that everyone, regardless of income, has access to it. Thank you AirCare!

Great Application for Air Quality

Read the monitors in my area throughout the day since I had a lung illness years ago and have to be careful when outside especially now with fires and smoke in Central California to plan my day whether I can venture out or not. The news channels give a general forecast but with this great program can look exactly where you live.

With Covid-19 and smoke combined makes this young 76 year old 😀having local monitors has been a great to have to protect me so I can still have a good quality of life during these crazy times.

Thank you

Essential app for fire areas

I live downwind of a large fire 12 miles away. There were days when it was “raining “ ashes and the smoke was terrible at times. I used this app several times a day to monitor air quality. I am lucky because the monitoring station is one street over so it is very accurate. I also like the Favorites feature. I keep tabs on the air quality for my family in Santa Rosa and Napa Valley.
Now the smoke is gone but I still check our air quality daily.
