At least 40% of the time when I try to login it tells me “an error has occurred, please try again later.” I often attempt 2-6 times knowing there’s a chance it might log me in eventually. Otherwise, I try again a few hours later. Very frustrating when you just want to get something submitted. I’ve reported this several times, but I continued to happen. For years.

I have attemoted to get pre-approval for form aproved for too long, still uncussesfully. Furhermore, even thow I HAVE submitted supporting documents for a reimbursemebt claim, the message keeps being on the platform and I don’t know what else to do (I also alerted henner of this). In addition, when I try to connect from my computer it requests approval from phone which I approve but nothing happens (including as I write this), making management of my account and the submission of my claims unnecessairly difficult. Please fix this.

I have attemoted to get pre-approval for form aproved for too long, still uncussesfully. Furhermore, even thow I HAVE submitted supporting documents for a reimbursemebt claim, the message keeps being on the platform and I don’t know what else to do (I also alerted henner of this). In addition, when I try to connect from my computer it requests approval from phone which I approve but nothing happens (including as I write this), making management of my account and the submission of my claims unnecessairly difficult. Please fix this.

They don’t process claims in their own posted timeline, can’t keep track of EOBs, can’t fix problems on the phone. App is buggy and doesn’t work most of the time when I use it. Terrible.
