Meet people naturally, out in the wild! We're the first app that wants you to meet people IRL, not in an app. Get off your couch and go meet people the old fashioned way! Dating apps trained everyone to swipe forever and meet no one. The Wild is the opposite: a live map of real singles near you right now, so you can skip the small talk and actually meet. HOW IT WORKS • Go online and appear as a pin on the map — your photos are not visible by default • See the Match Score of every match nearby before you say hi • Send a Wave to show you're interested • See how they prefer to be approached, then walk over and introduce yourself. That's it. That's the app. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • A live map, not an endless deck of profiles • Match Scores computed from what actually matters — lifestyle, intent, and the traits research says predict compatibility • Prime Time (Thursday–Saturday nights): when everyone goes out, the map lights up • Swipe offline matches when you're home; meet in the wild when you're out PRIVACY IS THE POINT • Your photos are hidden until YOU choose to show your them • Privacy Areas hide your home, work, or anywhere you choose • Your location updates only while you're online — never when you're offline • Location pauses automatically while you're walking or driving THE WILD PLATINUM Unlock unlimited waves, message nearby matches, and more. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Terms: https://inthewildapp.com/terms.html Privacy: https://inthewildapp.com/privacy-policy.html Stop swiping. Start meeting. See you in the wild!

I am in a Midwestern city, but I’m in a pretty big Midwestern city nothing zero. All I can spot are Crickett. They need to do better advertisement or maybe find a better way to do the app especially at some point we have to pay and if we’re not seeing anything why pay I don’t know if this is a good idea.

I like the concept of the app but at least for me it continues to lock up on the location settings. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times but continue to have same issue. Hope one day it gets to working.

I live in Southern California, so maybe it hasn’t gotten around here yet, but in a town of tens of millions of people, there were only like 4 people. Lame, but hopefully it picks up, I like the idea of it, has potential. Also annoying that it makes you keep location services on all the time.

Hi there, you can go offline anytime by pressing the power button on the top left of the screen. Location only needs to be on/enabled while your online, or the app is in the background (this is how the primary goal of guiding you to meet people is able to work successfully). We are still new but growing quickly. Keep in mind its a different dynamic than traditional dating apps that flood you with profiles to keep you swiping. On Swerv, you'll only see the people you match with, and those people have to be online at the same time as you. This is why we consider it more of a dating tool than an app. Keep checking back as more users are joining every day! Appreciate the feedback and thanks for believing in us!
