Optimized presentation view for website embedding
When creating a shared link for embedding you can now choose the option “Optimized for website embedding” in the Prezentor App. This will provide an optimized view of the presentation for embedding a presentation on a website.

You can now follow up via email on meetings that have already been completed, sync meetings that have been planned on your Desktop calendar, add photos and screenshots to your Notes, and on the Planner Meeting dashboard, you can now view all meetings on the Planned Meeting dashboard, that were planned but not held, within the last 30 days

- Copy a meeting for easier future use What about communicating that it is an option to reuse any completed meeting agenda?
- Add URLs to prepared meeting Agendas
- Instead of 15 minutes, you can now leave your meeting on standby for an hour before it automatically times out.

Our intelligent Desktop feature, Prepare Meeting, is now also available for the iPad! You can use this tool to prepare your Slides, Agenda, Notes and more before your meetings, so that you save time and look more professional. You'll also be able to email your Agenda and Notes to your client before, during or after the meeting, allowing you to stay aligned and control customer engagement.
