Don’t waste your bandwidth on this useless app

Download the app foolishly thinking it would have the same functionality as Ticketmaster, and that was a very poor assumption on my part. I can log into the website using a browser, but the app said I’m not a user in the database. Printed my tickets the environmentally unfriendly way and deleted the app as the printer ran. This app belongs in the rookie league.

This is hands down the worst way to get tickets ever. If you love error messages and never being able to sign in then you’ll love this app. I go to bed and pray asking god to please give us a new website for minor league games. I’ve spent over 2 hours trying to get tickets and got non stop error messages multiple times. Terrible

Have an account set up on web browser, log in no problem. Downloaded the app and tried logging in using same credentials but get an error message saying “no database available” for my user name.

Same issue as everyone else. Read the rest. Not worth repeating. Not sure why there is even an app if you can’t even log in.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. Minor Bug Fixes
