I’ve been able to deal with the app for about a week or two now, but it’s become really frustrating lately. Whenever I try to watch an ad to get 50 votes for a group, a pop up appears and says “Tracking not allowed. Cannot load ad” I’ve checked the settings of the app and tried searching on google what to do but nothing comes up. I’ve even tried deleting the app and downloading it again. And it won’t let me watch ads to get rainbow stars either. How am I supposed to support a group if I only have votes from the daily missions? I thought this only happened on the ipad version, but now it won’t let me watch ads on my phone either.Additionally, it takes some time to load after switching to a different part of the app. Sometimes, the text automatically changes to Korean when I first open it, and I have to change the language through the settings.While the app works most of the time, I am frustrated that I am unable to watch the ads without any explanation. I’ll continue to use the app because I want to vote for my favorite group, but I am really hoping for it to function better.

I’ve had this app for two years now and it is consistently slow loading and has only gotten worse. There’s almost constantly a blue loading square in the center of my screen that I just have to look past. The app frequently glitches and will give your stars/votes to artists you didn’t vote for. They also will delete your account for fraud without sufficient evidence or warning, and they won’t restore it for you either. Their customer service is very unprofessional and unhelpful. All they’ve done to change the last year has been to add more ads so they can make more money without improving the app at all. They even changed it so video ads are now worth 50 votes instead of 5, yet gold and rainbow (paid) stars are only worth 1 vote per star.Overall a terrible, biased app that doesn’t care about their users enough to properly enforce their own rules or improve the app’s quality. Don’t waste your time using it, there are loads of better voting app choices

The app doesn’t always give me English translations and when I hit the English button, it often kicked me back to home for me to have to go all the way back just to end up with Korean again. It’s frustrating. When I created my account with the website, it didn’t tell me to create a password, so consequently, when I went to log in on the app, I couldn’t. Additionally, since the app isn’t working for me, I won’t be notified when my tickets refill. (And this system is terrible in the first place. It should be one vote per person and that’s it. Why would you put such strain on a person? Do you understand the stress that comes with having to check into a website over and over for a chance of giving your idol an award? If you cared about the fans you wouldn’t do it like this.) So all in all, this app is trash because the system is wack and it’s not friendly to foreign voters (which thus makes it harder for artists with a large foreign fanbase to win.)

This app is biased. Very obvious since opening the app. If you’re a fan of a certain very famous group, no worries!!! (Lovely guys btw, nothing against them, I’ve purchased some of their songs) You can have multiple accounts in a same device, use zombie apps and your votes will be counted.🥳Plus your messages will be promptly answered. And the membership is only with photos of that very famous group.😌 But if you want to vote for another legendary group and have multiple accounts in different devices, play by the rules and don’t use zombie apps you run the risk of losing your accounts, erasing your votes and your messages will be ignored. 😔 The app is also laggy, crashes often and won’t let you watch adds as often as you can. 😤
