Only works with Polish phone numbers. If you have one, make SURE you refresh the app as many times as necessary to finally get it to end your rental. Otherwise you’ll get a text 3 hours later that you have a bike being rented. Customer service was nice enough, but theres a second glitch where the prompt “press 2 for English” gets put on permanent loop and you can’t move past it. Seems like a good system if you have a Polish number and you’re really careful about the app.

I tried to delete my account but now get an email with confirmation. i saw people riding on it, but i literally have not been able to deposit money to wallet. it doesn’t go through payment processing

Only app in the world where removing 1 zloty from a 10 zloty top up leaves you 6 zloty. And I’m not the only one! My friend has the same issue. Posting here as I never heard back from support. I used to flag the bikes that don’t work but got no answer ever so I stopped.
Impossible to sign up

US cell number: the app doesn’t allow to enter all digits of your phone, so it fails to send an SMS and stalls registration. Useless. Another issue: impossible to plan routes, like most other apps allow you to do.
