In Settings > VPN > Personal VPN > ZoogVPN > Info Icon, the ‘connect on demand’ setting is the best method to keep a stable connection to the server that auto re-connects whenever the connection drops.The ZoogVPN app settings to auto start and connect don’t work as well.Another bonus is that the ZoogVPN service is one of the better ones when it comes to movie streaming.

I subscribed to a two-year plan and have been using it for a year now. I frequently experience unexplained internet outages and inability to connect. Sometimes, even when connected, I can't access the internet to browse websites. These issues occur frequently. I've contacted their customer service multiple times, but they only offer platitudes and fail to provide any solutions.So I found other backup VPNs, but recently, ZooGvpn started frequently disconnecting and failing to connect again. Their after-sales service shamelessly told me they had already resolved my previous issues, and that my problem didn't meet their requirements this time. I was so angry I almost laughed. I want to know, I can't access the internet with your VPN, and I've provided screenshots as evidence—how does that mean it doesn't meet their requirements? Your product is unusable, and customers are questioning it—that's not meeting their requirements? Have you ever seen such after-sales service? They're a bunch of scoundrels and rascals. This is the worst VPN I've ever used.

I wanted a free US vpn to watch Netflix on my own account. I accidentally left it on and did some other stuff with the vpn still on. Netflix did NOT work even though it is advertised as a feature. So I ran out of the free trial. Alright, no big deal there. Wanted to try again and had good confidence that it would work if I paid for it. I was wrong, Netflix does not work on this vpn using US servers. I contacted support for a refunded and they wanted me to troubleshoot, which I did. Now they won’t give me a refund because I had ‘10gb of traffic’ through their vpn and they have a policy that after 10gb you can’t be refunded. I have submitted a ‘report a problem’ to Apple about this. My next step if I am not refunded is to mark the transaction as fraud. GET A DIFFERENT VPN…Update Apple refunded me using their ‘report a problem’ feature
