We have a brand new update for you: AI Horizon Autoadjust Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Computer Vision the new 4K Photo release is now able to detect the horizon of your taken photos. The new AI Horizon Autoadjust feature can set the photo rotation and zoom factor based on the image horizon. • NEW: Experimental automatic horizon detection with AI Autoadjustment. This works on landscape photos starting with aspect ratios of 4:3, 3:2, 16:9 and so on. Portrait photos can be also auto adjusted. When 4K Photo detects a possible correction angle between -6° and 6° the double tap zoom feature switches to autoadjust. The new settings option allows you to enable or disable the grouping by date based on your preferences. The Photo Stream tab still groups by day.

With this fun feature 4K Photo now detects the image contents based on objects using core ML. WHAT´S NEW • Big Data core ML image detection: Up to three categories can be detected from the core ML engine. Please note that mainly objects are supported. Some detections might not be accurate and should only give a fun fact about the image. This feature is enabled by default. • Pixel dimension information in Metadata Display of the current photo • Image prefetching for faster loading. Loads the next two upcoming images in background. This is indicated with a small cloud symbol after loading the current image.
