Please add Siri shortcuts as it would make this infinitely more useful

This thing has never really worked. Needs to be adjacent to Wi-Fi and by adjacent I mean 2 feet from the router. Which is not ideal or practical. When I call customer service they’re response was like “oh well. Sorry.” I set up the schedule, but then it inexplicable disappeared three weeks later. Three months in the on/off switch doesn’t work. It’s stuck on 24 degrees. None of the buttons work and I can’t access it through the app. Honestly, just the worst space heater I’ve ever owned. If you want a headache, buy this product. If you want a heater I would recommend literally ANY other product over this one.

You can’t do anything with the app without registering an account; literally the entire app is basically paywalled with your personal details as required payment. And the privacy policy is outright Orwellian. Why is the app sending constant data packets to Facebook Graph? No way am I buying any more of this brand’s fans, and there’s no way this one is ever connecting to my wifi network.

This is a pretty short review as it doesn’t work, i.e. the heater won’t connect to the app. Eve. If it did it basically like having an info red controller; you can switch it on and switch it of and change the temperature. End of story!
