Since the Seoul Challenge update, the app crashes for me when I try to open it, so I can only accept lessons from my computer.Also, as a previous review mentions, there is no way to accept payment and transfer your paycheck to PayPal via the app. This might be for security reasons, but it’s worth knowing if you’ve never used the app before and I must admit it is inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s basically everything that’s on the website that I bother to look at, so as long as I can access the app, it’s fine.

I am never able to accept unassigned lessons. Whenever I get an email about them (and never a notification) I try to click on the button to accept the unassigned lesson right away. That only takes me to a page that promotes me downloading this app. The problem is that neither on the app, or on my computer, am I able to accept unassigned lessons. I’m not sure if it’s because I take too long to accept them, but today, literally as soon as I got an email about an unassigned lesson, I went to the app to accept it and nothing popped up in the unassigned lessons part of the schedule.

I’ve only recently started using the app but as soon as I entered the performance section and tapped on my stars, the app seem to have glitched out and transition to an empty white screen. The app does not appear to have a section to report technical issues so I would implore the makers of the app to add this feature in case errors or other technical issues arise.

On web, I can sign into my Google account, but when I try actually sync the Ringle calendar to my Google calendar, nothing happens.On the app, Google does no allow me to sign in through the Ringle app.This is pretty frustrating, since I have to manually check every day on the app when my lessons are.
