To recover an auto-renewing subscription simply go to the Subscription tab and press Recover Account

I travel a lot with my work and need to appear 'in country' on several of the websites I use so need a reliable VPN. Flow is among the lower priced offerings but is every bit as good as (and in some cases far better than) VPNs costing much more.I used the free introduction offer and am so glad I did, I have swapped over to them as my main VPN and will not be renewing their competitor.
Cannot Cancle Subscription - keeps on charging me

Overall, the app works great for VPN.The reason for one start is due to the most complicated cancelation ever.I signed up for one month, and made sure the 'auto renewal' was not selected. The account was renewed now twice after my intial purchase (I only wanted it for one month). I have now been charged for an additional 2 months.I reached out to customer support after the first time I had been charged for an additional month and they are not very helpful. They just said I need to figure it out on my own through my iTunes Store. They have kept the charges on my account and have not reinburst me for these additional two months so far. I have tried to cancel again, as well as ask for a refund for those charges, we will see if it is scuessful or not... I am not hopeful. I will most likely have to cancel my card on my account unfortunatly.

I travel and work a lot abroad. I have used many different VPN's but have never found any as easy to use or as reliable as FLOW VPN. I know this sounds like an advert but I am not paid to write this. I just want other people to know that this company really has made a simple app which does exactly says it does on the tin!Thanks!

After about 5 minutes of use, there are Chinese like símbolo that begin to appear in place of the English. I found it quite alarming and sent them a message. They did reply and suggested they’d look into it. But I never heard back, so I use this app quickly and sparingly. Other than the appearing chacters,it does seem to work well otherwise! Bummer I paid for several years in Advance.
