No need to download anything. With a live dashboard and push notifications, Requests are tracked and detailed by your staff, meaning requests don't get 'lost'. Each User can be setup with 'notification' rules so that a manager, for example, can be notified if a Housekeeping requests hasn't been fulfilled in 45 minutes. Hotel Incident Reports area created automatically, with graphs showing relevant details. The system provides clear opportunities for training to improve guest services.
