Works but some UX issues

Our HOA moved to this from Munily and it’s falling short for me. First, I have to open the announcement for a few seconds so that it’s marked as read. Very strange. I get it via email already, I don’t need to scan it again. Second, I can’t see a way to view only unread announcements. Third, Munily has a way for security to contact me to approve a visitor that I hadn’t pre-alerted. It’s a single notification that I can click a button. CondoVive either doesn’t have that or it’s not configured. Fourth, there’s a lot of clicking and typing to enter a delivery service. Eg. We have only one entrance. Why make me select it every time? Munily has a list of common services like Uber and PedidosYa that I can just click on rather than typing them out. All in all, it’s a useful app but it really could use a UX designer to go through the workflows

This app doesn’t work on my Iphone. The stupid administrators of my condo in Mex implemented this with no testing / research! Two losers - the app and our incompetent administrators

This app is forced on me by my condo association and it’s very difficult to generate QR codes for anything but the day of. Useless app!
