I purchased the Spanish Eu. set and was immediately impressed with the quality of the audio tracks. This program ingrains fundamental phrases in your memory using music, allowing you to speak naturally and accurately by automatically drawing upon what you’ve learned. Because of this, I think it would be best to use these tracks in conjunction with another application to learn grammatical principles. After purchasing, despite my satisfaction with the tracks themselves, I was displeased with frequent crashing of the app. When I contacted customer support about this issue, I received a prompt reply and a complimentary download of the tracks I had purchased in .MP3 form so that I could continue learning uninterrupted while the issue is being resolved. I strongly suggest using this program, whether you try the app or buy tracks from their online website—the latter may be best until an update is released.

I love love love this learning method! Unlike one other music-enhanced audiobook that just rattled off a bunch of action words, Andrew and Filomena walk you through practical phrases, helping you to piece the words together until you have a sentence. They have great voices, and it's cute how they sound like they're enjoying the gelato part. These are phrases I'll definitely use (except for the non parlo Italiano, as I WILL know some Italian!). One particularly neat aspects is that I'll wake up some mornings with a phrase in my head that's imprinted without me even having to work at it. I highly recommend this program for fun, easy learning! I’m just starting volume 2. Also, the customer service was amazing. Maria gave me Quick answers and was so personable . One tip is to download all the tracks so it will keep playing after the phone goes to sleep.

I had the best customer service experience with Stephanie from Earworms. I purchased the online version and couldn’t figure out how to get it to work on my phone. (I’m 67 and a little technology challenged lol). I sent an email not expecting much and received a personal reply from Stephanie that quickly and cordially resolved my issue. We had 3 email exchanges back and forth and I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to not only have a quick solution but handled by someone that obviously cares about doing great work and was an outstanding ambassador for the company she works for. Very impressive, prompt, professional and personal service. Outstanding!

I first found the audio book version of this and bought it. Really liked it. Found the app here and bought it. It’s essentially the same thing but by buying the app I’m getting the actual text that goes along with the spoken words to help me learn. Except that I’m not. Russian, seems to be a second class language with these guys. The text they show is often converted to English text not Cyrillic text which is okay for sounding it out if your not familiar with the Cyrillic alphabet but useless in the long run because Russian uses the Cyrillic alphabet. If you don’t provide the full Cyrillic text then I have to play with Google translate a whole heck of a lot to get it translated just right. It’s a monumental effort. They have a download phrase book button but it doesn’t download a phase book at all. Instead you subscribe to the mail blast. There is no book for me to download with the text. I’m sure their intentions are good but this fails on so many levels. Just provide the text in Cyrillic. Why is this so difficult? Why can’t you do this? I’d appreciate a refund if you can’t. It is the only reason I bought this app. I can already buy and already have bought the audio which is available as an audio book. I’m buying the app to see the full text in the native Cyrillic. So frustrating. I can’t stand app that half-### things. It’s wastes my time. Get it right or don’t bother doing it at all. Who checks these apps to see if they deliver at Apple, no one? Get this off the store.
