Not even gonna lie I was a little hesitant to download the app with that weird diving cover, but honestly the app is super effective. It was a little confusing at first because I was training at the default settings and it was perfectly fine, then when I rebuilt my training based on my best time the numbers when down. But otherwise I had gone from 1:15 to 2 minutes in about 20 minutes. Great app, not worth it to get $5 one when this is free.
There is a bug that makes the timer stop

I have used this app for a while and there has been a couple of times that I noticed the timer will glitch out. Recently I was using it and I noticed that 1 minute and 35 seconds felt a lot longer than it should’ve. I thought maybe I was feeling out of it so I checked the timer and it was stuck on 31 secs for about 5 seconds. I restarted the workout and set a second timer on my watch just to be sure and the timer on my watch went off 34 secs before the timer in the app. This means that the timer in the app is not accurate and probably has a bug of some sort
Best Trainer by far

I’ve tried almost all of them. This is best of the bunch because of its integration and recording of SPO2, pulse, and contraction times. There are a few things the developers can add like: automatic contraction sensing, repeated max times (like a Trubridge CO2 table), and connectivity to more SPO2 sensors. Even without those wishlist items, this trainer is head and shoulders above the rest.
Simple to use, easy to do, effective

I never had a great time for holding my breath so I always had my max breath hold at like maybe barely over a minute. I got this app and practiced a few times a day which only took a few minutes and now I’m easily over 2 minutes. I definitely recommend getting it especially since it’s free.
Fixed:
- display of information for Best Time in the history
- background mode operation
