I use to live in madrid. When I use my card in the United states it works sometimes and then other times it gets blocked. When i make a 10$ transfer or purchase they keep annoying me with tons of unnecessary security. I can’t chang my phone number on their app because it keeps saying my signature key is incorrect. However it isn’t because I have the stupid paper right in front of me. Signing up for an account took 2 months and they customer support is horrible. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t wait to close my account.
Unusable since the 2.0 upgrade

Ever since the 2.0 upgrade, I can’t use the app. After the logon message, it stays in a never ending Openbank logo spinning. I know the app is connected since I can get push notifications from any transaction done via the website. I reported this to Openbank 2 weeks ago, and nobody has reached out to me. Same behavior on 2 different iPhones, 2 different iPads, with/without VPN, and/or wifi vs data.

Please fix your app!! For the past two or three weeks I have been unable to log into my account via the app. I keep getting a message saying: ‘Se ha perdido la conexión a internet, revísala e inténtalo de nuevo’ I have tried on my home WiFi, on the wifi at work and on my regular data plan. Neither works and I always get the same error message. My Internet connection is fine! It is the app that has some sort of bug. I have an iPhone 6s with IOS 12.1.4
