Not sure why the previous review are bashing this app so much, it’s a very cut and run concept, in which exclusive shoes are raffled off and all you have to do is input your info and sit back and how for a W. I live in the US (TX) and I have only used this app for a month and successfully won two pairs of exclusive shoes (one pair of Travis Scott’s) and never experienced any other issues. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the sizing can be a little misleading due to the UK conversion, as well as when I received my shoes they were a little damaged due to them not putting the shoe box in another box to ship off... not sure how they expected that to make it half way across the world unscathed. But other than that, very happy I’ve been able to add to my sneaker collection through ‘Size?’ !!!

Update: Still not allowing raffle entries for USA customers. Customer service did reach out and acknowledge the issue but they “don’t know” if or when the issue will be resolved. Original review on November 16th 2022: I have been using size?launches for about 3 years now and when the process works, it’s a good app. When it doesn’t, the customer service is downright terrible. You will NEVER communicate with the same person twice. They NEVER seem to be able to reference notes about previous conversations and you will get an apology about issues, but they will NOT fix them in a timely fashion, if at all. I have had raffle wins supposedly shipped and never received. It took months to receive a refund. My latest issue is there are “No Delivery Methods Found” for United States shipping. If you don’t want to ship to the USA, just say that and I won’t waste my time. This has been a problem for weeks now and I can’t enter any raffles because of it. Previously, I have won raffles at about a ~5% rate. That is now 0% because I can’t even enter now. Please fix this issue so I can have a chance to win.

Cant speak for others but I’ve won a few shoes on the app. More than I won on END and SNS combined. Only gripe is that as mentioned by another user, the shoes don’t get shipped in a box, just a plastic with your shipping label. So sometimes the box can get damaged. Other than that, I like using the app.

This app is a bot/employee friendly app. Two odds you as a manual buyer have no chance against. Every release the shoes are gone before you can even attempt to place them in your cart so either the employees and keeping the shoes themselves to resell or the app allows bots who quickly purchase every pair available or even worst both. Either way you, trying to purchase off of your phone/computer, have ABSOLUTELY no chance in hell of getting a pair. Would give 0 stars if possible and will be suggesting to Apple to have it removed.
